How can I contact your official business Whatsapp helpline or call you?

- How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Typically, it takes 4-7 days. During peak seasons or sale periods, the delivery time may extend to 6-10 days depending on the city.

- What if I need to change my shipping address?
You can request a change as long as the order has not been booked for shipment.

- How do I track the status of my order?
To track your order status on our site, visit the Track Your Order Page and fill in the order ID used during the purchase to check the current status of your parcel.

- What payment options are available?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery.

RETURNS, REFUND, EXCHANGE

- What if I receive a defective, damaged, or faulty product?
We offer a 30-day replacement/refund (in-store) policy in case of a damaged or faulty product or if the wrong product/design is delivered. Replacement or refund will not be executed for reasons other than these.

- What if I received the wrong item?
No need to worry. Contact us immediately with details of your ordered item and pictures of the wrongly received item. After successful verification, we will either send you the correct item for exchange or arrange delivery for your ordered item.

- Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are processed. Any necessary changes will incur additional charges borne by the customer.
